The staff was really friendly. They upgraded our room as well which was a great. The room was big and spacious. No noise from the road. Bathroom was modern and had a nice shower. Room service everyday and the room had all the basic amenities. Aircondition was working perfectly. Cold still water and cold sparkling water in the common area. Location was outstanding. Bus stop right outside the building and countless shops, cafes and restaurants at walking distance. The street was lively and had a beautiful vibe. Connections from hotels to many places were so convenient. Rome termini and Repubblica metro on walking distance. 10/10 in every aspect.

Very good location near most of the sights and walking distance to the central station. Very polite and kind staff that were eager to help us. Very comfortable mattress!

Great location, close to the train station and right next to a bus stop. Clean and spacious rooms. Available filtered water and coffee
The only downside was that the hotel is on 3rd floor, the elevator is old and really slow + small. So most of the time you end up climbing stairs. This might be a challenge for some.
