So far I this place is starting off with a 1 star. 4 PM check-in and room isn't ready. Sitting in the lobby hear about people complaining about their room. Fingers crossed this place works out. I travel a lot and have never a 4 PM CHECK-IN even worse room is a half hour late from being ready. The main sitting area closed as well due to renovations. Elevator broken...Update, got into the room and it is nice. I'll bump it up with 2 stars. Day 2, we are back at a 1 star. This place has potential!!! But is poorly run and just seems to have more issues that most hotels don't. It smells like sewage by the pool, the bar downstairs isn't open, they give you 2 towels and expect that to stretch their usage for 2 adults and 2 children for 2 days. Stains on the couches and curtains. Had to get a drink at the rooftop and for a glass of wine and beer it was over 40 bucks. Prob why the bar by the pool isn't opened because they charge excessive fees. Anyway, I had beer and champagne delivered from DoorDash. The room suite is clunky the shower requires a climb to get into. The plus, is it seemed like at some point they tried to make this place awesome. There are still some remains of that. Nice bed, tv, kitchen, etc. I never write reviews like this, but I felt I needed to so family's can be more informed and take the risk with knowing our issues.
