Whenever I go to Leipzig, I like staying at this aparthotel because it’s practical and allows me to explore the city while still having a routine. The check-in is convenient…The apart hotel is near to the central station, and you can walk pretty much everywhere.
I think the cleanliness could be improved, though.

The apartment is near to the train station. Very clean and cozy. The team were available to answer the questions. Digital check-in: was so easy. They sent in more towels for us
There was no enough toilet rolls for 7 nights ,so we had to buy. No kitchen sink!

Near city center.
They have online customer service and check-in. No person onsite. Booked three nights but first night room was not cleaned. They could not clean anymore and I had to search for another hotel. They would cover the price of the other hotel. Asked twice to be sure. You can guess what happened after the stay (2 nights), they would only refund the first night. Hotels in area were pretty expensive last minute at 18pm that day.
Once I got in the room the next day I could still smell the cigarette smoke. Also a kitchen door fell off once I touched it. So for me, 2 nights was more than enough.
