Pros:
Prime Location: Excellent positioning, very close to all the main tourist attractions in Istanbul. You can easily reach everything on foot or by public transport.
Good Value: Fair ratio between the price paid and the services provided overall.
Breakfast Included: Although it is the same menu every day without much variety, it is a welcome convenience to start your day.
Cons:
Useless Wi-Fi: The internet connection is completely non-functional. They use cheap, outdated hardware (Wi-Fi 4 / N300) shared across multiple apartments, which simply collapses under load. In a non-EU country like Turkey, being left without working Wi-Fi forced us into roaming data charges, racking up an extra €40+ unexpectedly.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per la zona, parcheggio incluso nel prezzo.
Letto un po' scomodi, troppo duri. Le tende nn sono abbastanza lunghe per coprire la luce al mattino.

Just the TV not connected good to the WiFi. But not big issue.
