The gourmet kitchen has a large island with seating, basic utensils and ingredients, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and brand new stainless steel appliances. Filtered drinking water and automatic ice maker are available for your convenience. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, clothing steamer and two hair dryers can be found in the bathrooms. The home is family friendly with a high chair, crib and pack&play available upon prior request. Access Details: You will have exclusive access to the whole upper level suite and patio. Please note that you will not have access to the basement suite. The basement suite has its own separate entrance, kitchen and laundry. Nothing is shared. There are a couple of locked doors/closets on the lower level. It is for storage of our items when we are away. Getting Around: There is plenty of free street parking. Our home is only a few steps from bus stop and an 8 minute walk to Nanaimo Skytrain Station. You will be walking distance from many restaurants, shops, supermarkets on Kingsway, Victoria Dr and Commercial Dr. Only 10 minutes to Highway 1 West which takes you to Whistler and the many hikes that Vancouver is famous for! You will be steps from beautiful Trout Lake a popular urban lake and park with great views and walking trail, a skating rink, playgrounds for kids and a gym. In the summer, there is a great Farmer's Market at Trout Lake on Saturdays. House Rules: No shoes inside the house. No smoking inside the house. No drugs. No partying. No illegal activities.
