It was directly in the city centre, everything was close, it was cozy and the staff was super friendly, our room was cleaned every day.
The only downside was that the house itself was old (it was renovated but not fixed - we had some water leaking through the bathroom and the bathroom door did’t close properly). But otherwise everything was excelent and I would definetly reccomand it!

Okay, so the main issue is the location as it is the heart of the Alicante Night Life. It is the location for Spanish Stag and Hen parties and pub scene. Parties go on any day of the week till 4am.
Noisy nightlife, and hearing guests through the walls.
Fridge didn't work.
Aircon didn't seem to work although it was hard to tell.

Basic hotel on a noisy street you know what to expect in terms of someone to flop after a few beers
. Room maintenance is poor, shutters didn't work, door handle fell off and tap was loose. Rooms are clean but some weird soapy residue on the floors
