Easy self check in. Small rooms a bit dated. Cable wasn’t operating correctly but as there’s no office there was no one to talk to. Decent value for the price paid.

Beds were comfortable, I liked the lock-box for the keys for arriving a bit late in the evening. The rooms were tiny and very hard to manage in with kids and ski clothes/food/etc.

For the price this place is absolutely amazing, feels so cozy the overall design of the furniture, curtains, etc. feels more like home than a hotel. Bed was very comfortable and didn’t have to deal with any staff while checking in or out they leave the key in a lockbox for you. Parking is right outside the door aswell. My 1 and only complaint is the room was very very cold inside and took a couple hours to warm up which sucked because we arrived very late and wanted to take a shower and sleep. Other than that though amazing place would definitely come back here when I visit Shasta.

The check in was perfect and automated. The parking was difficult as not much room. The door had bad gaskets. The room was clean. The heater kept up with the drafts. Over all it worked.

The entire room was updated and the bed was comfortable. Checkin was easy. And it is in a nice location. However, it was quite dirty. When we arrived the toilet seat was up and had urine on it, the floor had pieces of toiletpaper and the wall had toilet splash marks right next to it. Cobwebs on the lights, baseboards are white and covered with dirt and hair. The floor wasnt swept or mopped well, if at all. I wiped up some water from the shower with the bath mat and it was muddy. The bathroom door doesn't close all the way, so when you shower the steam makes the fire alarm go off. The lamp was missing the knob to turn it on and off. Over-all, if it had been clean I would stay again.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Heater was loud and the curtain arrangement made it impossible to both block out the light and let the heater work.

Not fancy but clean and comfortable. Windows were open when we got there so it was really cold but warmed up quickly. Wasnt decorated but it was fine. Clean.

Don't stay here in the winter. It's supposed to be in the upper 20's tonight and the heat is either on "hot" or its on AC--no ability to set the temp. So I guess I'm supposed to keep the heat on and the window open as to not freeze or be cooked. As the units are all ground level --not feeling very safe to keep my screen door open...and again, it's 30 degrees outside ! Not very enviro conscious or kind to the guests to have to decide to freeze or cook. Thats what you get when you don't pay >$100/night. My bad. Keep looking.

Old property. Exterior light outside room was smashed, so had to unload in dark. Room was clean but old and cramped with weird layout. Bathroom very dated and small. No power outlet in second bedroom. In room coffee service was appreciated. Sufficient for quick overnight on road trip but nothing more.

Good place for a quick overnight stay. Room was small but good enough for the one night. Room was musty, stale cigarette odor. Mold present in caulking in shower. Other than that room was clean. Refrigerator had a small freezer, perfect for freezing ice packs for the cooler

I stayed one night each two times on a recent road trip, each time in a single bed room. The rooms were clean and comfortable with really nice beds, and decent bathrooms. I found the first room small - it didn't even have a table so it was awkward to eat, otherwise I liked it. Unfortunately the second room, though a bit larger with a table, was noisy due to two factors: 1. It was at the front so the nearby railroad was disturbing. 2. The heater was very noisy. Be aware that this inn works like an Airbnb. There is no interaction with people. You check in on your phone and pick up your key in a lock box. There is no room service and if there are any problems you text to ask for help.

Comfortable bed and pillows, cozy comforter, clean towels and scalding hot water—that’s all I need in a place to stay for a night, so five stars from me. Easy check in with text/lockbox/key, good location just a short walk from downtown and reasonable prices—I’d stay here again!

This place is so cute. Small cozy room, very clean, self check-in. In room coffee, fridge worked great. Right across the street from the best Italian restaurant north of San Francisco, Mike and Tony's.

It was great! The place is so cute and the best and pillows were so comfy. It’s exactly what we needed for a one night stay. Although it’s self service the owners were there to help us with anything which was greatly appreciated!

check in was done via text/online. my room was ready like 2 hours early. i got a text that i can get my room key using the lock box. it was super cool and easy. ac works well. the shower was hot. 10/10 would recommend.

The property was very old and funky the bed was okay not great but okay there was no hot water and when we told the front office that there was no hot water they said they would try to attend to it in the morning but we were checking out in the morning did not feel very safe there you could see the light coming around the door I would not recommend this to anyone and I would not stay there again
