Fully serviced boutique apartment next to Sant Antoni market with 3 double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. 30 minutes daily cleaning included from Monday through Saturday.
The flat has a comfortable terrace with a large table and outdoor seating area. The living room is pleasant and bright, offering a comfortable and relaxing space. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools available for cooking. The flat is also fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wifi and smart tv.
Located in the safe neighborhood of Eixample, the apartment is only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contemporary art museum.
Parking and bus stop in front of the building and Sant Antoni metro station only 2 minutes away.

This apartment is located in a very convenient area, bus stop out the front door and short walk to the metro station. There is a grocery store around the corner plus a laundry/dry cleaner at the corner too. The apartment is small for "American" standards. Minimal furnishings for the kitchen, two pots, and coffee maker and hot pot and toaster on a cart. Throughout the apartment we found a severe lack of outlets! Only one outlet in the kitchen so the coffee pot or hot pot had to be plugged in from the cart, there are NO outlets to serve the large countertop. The balcony was large, nice for eating breakfast at the table outdoors. Not much of a view however, it was of the grocery store rooftop and neighboring balconies. The 3 bedrooms are also small, minimum storage for clothing and personal items. The bed mattresses are extremely soft. Our grandson took one of the bedrooms across the hall from a bathroom. Our son stayed in one of the back bedrooms, he used the hallway bathroom to take showers as his ensuite bathroom only had a tub. My husband and I stayed in the third "back" bedroom. We found it a challenge to find places to store our clothing, we had to be creative in using the tops of hallway cabinets, a hallway shelf unit. The bathroom had a shower with a clear glass surround so the shower is visible from the bedroom, no privacy. The biggest complaint is that there is no place to store your bathroom items like toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, etc. in the sink area.

Centrally located and easy to get around via the Metro which is 3 Euros per ride or get a Metro card that covers your entire stay (our stay was only 48 hours). The apartment was perfect. Such an adorable, well lit, living space that is clean and 100% safe. Also has a tiny lift, but it suited us just fine. This apartment is on the 2nd Floor (if you are from USA). I loved the quick communication from the host. The water pressure is great and you get hot water quickly. My Mom loved the deep tub. There is a washer and dryer inside the building, but not in the apartment itself. For future USA guests, please note that the walls and floors are thin. This might be a normal thing for Barcelona, but I do want to mention it as on Friday, Sat, and Sunday you WILL hear the band/ DJ next door and outside chatter until anywhere from midnight to the early morning hours. I looked up when bars close in the Sant Antoni area on the weekends for information, but my only personal encounter was on Sunday night. The music did end around midnight on Sunday. On Monday evening, it was perfect, so I assume the weekdays are wonderful. If you're young and into the party scene, this will not matter to you and you should 100% book this place. It's the perfect spot. Overall, I would rebook this space, but maybe suggest running a floor fan to block out the noise over the weekend. (A floor fan was not in the apartment. I also did not ask for one on this trip to be clear.)
