I loved the staff/owners of the hotel - very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and logistical needs were meant. From the moment I arrived they were very friendly, offered ideas for places to visit, eat, best form of public transportation to include timings , etc to get to the airport for my departure. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to return to Spandau area of Berlin again one day.

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel in Citylage von Spandau. Große Zimmer, gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten sogar einen französischen Balkon.

Dejligt familedrevet hotel med skøn beliggenhed i den gamle bydel, hvor der er mange hyggelige spisesteder. Meget imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Lækker morgenmad … steder ligger tæt på u-bahn og S-bahn så det er let at komme til Berlin indenfor 30 min. Billig parkering i p-hus tæt på hotellet.
Kan klart anbefale det…. Hvis man ikke ønsker at bo midt inde i Berlin. Vi kommer gerne tilbage

Location in Spandau is great. If you want to go to Berlin you can take the train 10min walk to the station and a ca 30min ride. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was very simple, clean. Nice and friendly man (I think he was the proprietor) taking care of the service.
The first impression was not of being welcome but "dispatched" to the room.
Desappointed because they have 2 buildings and without worning on the site, I was in the green one (not the old, red with timber-framed façade one). 3rd floor, no lift.
Too expensive room for what you get.
Not a bad thing, but it should be correctly stated: it says that they have a private parking facilities available (for a surcharge and by prior arrangement) but it's actually a public one about 300mts aways for a very reasonable price.
