Absolutely not recommended

The position is probably the only good thing about the apartment.

Bed bugs ruined our stay and our trip. We booked the venezian view apartment for 8 people, but because of bed bugs that were found in some of the beds, we only could use 6 sleeping accomodations. We contacted the host and she came to the house, thinking that only changing bedsheets would solve the problem, but of course it didn't work. On the last night we found a bed bug in another room too, and the next day we found out that one of us was severely bitten by them. After contacting the host again, she refused to refund us because she stated that some professionists saw the pics we send her and they said the insects in the pics were not bed bugs, even tho they clearly (we found 4 of them, all you need is a google research to see it) look like bed bugs, as well as their bites. The tanks meant to collect water from the air conditioners are leaking, the drying rack is rusty and has stained our clothes. Power outlest in the kitchen don't work, so we couldn't use the microwave, nor the coffe machine or the toaster. There was an insect nest in the toilet lamp, as well as a pigeon nest on the balcony. Badsheets were stained and in some of them we found body hairs. The general hygienic conditions were bad. Parking is really difficult (we had a fine). The host doesn't take seriously the issues their guests come across during their stay. Talking about bed bugs, we saw june and july's reviews talking about them, so we decided to contact the host to ask for clarification, and they said they take reviews very seriously and they would have done anything possible to solve the problem before us coming (they clearly didn't) .

Nice apartment close to the port

The apartment was very clean and we could check in ourselves. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. There were facilities for washing clothes and the kitchen was very well equipped.

Street parking in the area can be difficult - even though we were lucky when we arrived.
