The room is basic and well thought out, comfortable and easy to live in. Everything worked well - hot water was almost instantaneous, window blinds operated smoothly, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
The staff was great! Very helpful, and brought small treats (cookies, chocolates) to us each day.
The town is small. It's easy to walk to almost any feature of the town (market, restaurants, beach).
The location is very near the beach (one of the best sand beaches in northern California) and well placed for visiting other nearby places of interest.
The parking is limited (the hotel warns about this). Larger vehicles such as SUVs are VERY difficult to park in the available spaces, and there are fewer parking places than rooms. Parking availability will depend upon how many guests are staying each night. There is street parking, but it's not always good either.
I would have liked to have had more storage space for unpacking, and a larger sink top in the bathroom, but was able to work this out.

The room was very clean, floor was definitely considered in the design specially being so close to the beach easier to clean sand. I got room 10 which was huge with high ceilings. Kitchen was very useful. Coffee maker was 🤌🏽.
The walls were very thin I could hear people walking in the room next to me, and I could hear the💥 🤣😂 let’s just say someone was putting in some work, to the couple next to me the tv definitely doesn’t do anything. Oh and parking is definitely first come first serve, When tourist show up good luck finding a spot.

Very clean and new room, bright and welcoming!! Host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the town and nearby towns! Walking distance to everything!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The place was excellent, very clean and spacious. Very close to the beach, and very close to MuirWoods.
The manager was fantastic, humble, friendly, and very helpful. She even moved her to allow our big car a secure parking space.
She and the team went above and beyond!
