This property has been beautifully renovated. Very calming and peaceful. Well stocked kitchen. Property manager was very communicative with check-in/check-out and responded quickly when we reached out with a question. Would absolutely stay again next time we visit family in Eureka! A lovely stay!

Loved every aspect of the property. From the inside to the outdoor spaces, everything was well appointed and far exceeded our expectations. The homeowners were so responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. We even had a planned power outage our last morning there and the owners made sure to inform us of the timing. Plus, due to the inconvenience they gave us a gift card so we could still get our morning coffee fix. It is the perfect house for a group of friends or large family to stay in when they come to Humboldt. I know exactly where I will be staying the next time I’m in town. 😁

Anea, the owner/manager, was very responsive and accommodating. House was immaculate. Kitchen large and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. House is suburban but in a very quiet neighborhood and only minutes from town since Eureka is so small. Convenient to all local sights.

Our stay for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend was great! The host Anea was very responsive and proactive, and the house was very clean and well-appointed when we arrived. We spent most days exploring Redwood parks, and this was a really nice spot to return to after long days driving and hiking. It's not walking distance to anything, but the grocery store and a few restaurant options are a short drive away. There were 6 of us total - 4 adults and 2 kids, and with the kids sharing the 3rd bedroom it worked out just fine, but it would be a squeeze with 6 adults (the 3rd bd is pretty small). That said, the beds were very comfortable, there is ample storage space (especially in the master, which has lots of extra closets and floor space), and despite being located on a corner of a somewhat busy street, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The fenced in, flat & grassy yard was perfect for the 2 10-year olds to run around and play in for hours. All in all, if you're planning to stay in the Eureka area, this is a really nice home base!

Spacious and thoughtful floor plan, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, convenient location, handy backyard, and totally spotless throughout. Plus a very helpful and accommodating host contact. That’s this house in a nutshell. Could not ask for anything more.
