Linda was very responsive to issues and questions which was very much appreciated. Pool was wonderful at 90 degrees. It made our stay very pleasurable. Laundry facility perfect. Place was clean.

Property is clean, well appointed with generous stocking of the kitchen and laundry. Bikes included- easy access to a hike/bike trail along the intracoastal waterway. Property manager was readily accessible and quickly handled a problem with the pool heater . Pool is heated to 86 degrees. Very private lanai. Quiet neighborhood . Conveniently located ro downtown Venice and shopping.This house is ideal for a single, couple or , small family . Would be a bit close for 2 couples but manageable.

A nice place to stay. Pool was a little cool, but it got turned up a bit toward the end of our stay.
