Easy check-in and check-out for a short trip! Very clean and lovely home in a secure neighborhood. Glad to stay outside the city during out visit. Julie was very kind and responsive.

Location: if you don't drive and rely on transit bus, 500m walking distance to 403 is not bad.
Clean, and free snacks (tried cookies and coffee).
Two things to improve: 1. HVAC. The room is not able to adjust the temp, as it is centrally controled by the furnace. And after shower, the room can easily go up to 25.5 degrees centigrade, so I had to open the window, which will be annoying as my room is clsed by the entrance. Anyone going in and out cam be heard easily. 2. Mattress is way too soft.

It is very neat and clean.
Rooms are pretty close together so you need to be careful while taking at night.
I wish breakfast is provided.
