The property was clean and near to Rioja bodegas . The bodega across the road was lovely and very cheap . The girl serving was not friendly at all .
Didn’t really see the staff only on arrival .We went to go to Marqués de Caceres wine tour but it was closed because of the summer . Cenicero was very quiet in the day but came to life about 8 pm . There was nowhere to get a sit down meal but there was a lovely local tapas bar .

Restaurant only served breakfast - no Dinner available - so had excellent pinchxos in the town

I liked the room, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is also a big TV and a nice reading chair. I also liked that the parking was secure (underground and with locked gate).
The staff was nice.
The bathroom was old and crusty, there was hair on the towels and in the bath. The magnification miror was far from the sink and the bidet didn’t work properly. The towels seemed old because they were not soft.
The room didn’t have real AC. It’s a small standing unit plugged to the window. It worked… a little, but made so much noise, I had to turn it off.
Also, there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner at the hotel… and in the town of Cecinero. I recommand planning a reservation at a restaurant in a town nearby.
Breakfast was ok, not good but not bad.
In short, this is not a 4-star hotel if you ask me.
