Great location, steps down to front and walking round the coast line to restaurants but also the water taxi to Mahón was great.
Staff were fantastic and clearly loved their jobs.
A little tired in places, paving outside plus balcony railings and drying rack. Overall though good.

The staff were generally good.
I did feel the staff, though, would be quite pushy in getting us to buy drinks at dinner.
The price of drinks was a joke. Very expensive.
The air conditioning in the restaurant was weak.
The lady in the restaurant couldn't speak a word of English, and it was a struggle ordering food.
The bed was like a stone.

Wonderful views, nice pool, friendly staff, wonderful food. Gym if you wanted.
There were just enough sun loungers, but certain people were putting there towels on before breakfast, there are signs on the back of the sun beds warning people not to do that but people ignored it and it wasn't enforced. My only gripe. 😁

The staff were nice, both on the front desk and at the bar. We only stayed there at the last minute due to a flight cancellation so I cannot comment on anything else.
If I book a double room, I would expect to be assigned a double room, end of. I can appreciate you may want to ask sensitively but I booked a double room and don't need to be asked if I'm sure I don't want a twin room.
We arrived late and went straight for dinner down in Es Castell. On arrival there was a stain on the duvet cover and the doors to our wardrobe had fallen off the runner, meaning that they were very difficult to open.
