The location is perfect.
Short transfer from the airport, beach and restaurants all within walking distance.
On arrival the cleaning of the bathroom was just unacceptable. The cleaner tried hard but the pictures attached are after we complained!
The rooms are smaller than the pictures portray and overall it just didn’t feel like a hotel costing 150 Euro a night.
The staff service is good but everything has to be asked for rather than offered.(finding and putting your own sun bed covers on every day)
Our worst complaint is that another guest who had a dog was allowed to hold him in her arms whilst hovering over the breakfast every morning.

Great service from the friendly staff. Peaceful atmosphere around the pool.
We were very happy with this hotel, we only stayed 1 night in that area and it was a comfortable place to be.

The property is so close to the beach and to the main part of Cala En Porter - The Receptionists have exceptional hospitality and we were made to feel welcome. The property is really really clean.
The beds and pillows are extremely tough if I’m honest, the pool seemed like it needed treating/cleaning but it wasn’t unbearable and had a good swim. I’d say the price was quite a lot.
