I liked that the check-in was completely autonomous and didn't need to have a card/key with me. Just had to remember a code.
The room was clean.
The AC was making a really annoying sound like leaking gas/pouring water and the only solution was turning it down until it barely did anything... It was impossible to sleep with it on.
There was 0 sound proofing. I could hear the phone ring of the neighbour room, walking kids in the hotel corridor, etc.
The bed was noisy, combined with bad sound proofing, you can just imagine.
