Very dirty, woke up with an itchy body, noisy neighbors. But location was good.
Cozy living room, tv in every room.
Very dirty, towels and beds had stains, the bathtub would not drain, neighbors are very noisy.

A nice relaxing place to stay, close to downtown.
Great location - walking distance to downtown and parking on site. A lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home too.

Wonderful space in a quiet neighborhood
Quiet neighborhood near the Capitol. Easy to get into the condo. Comfy space with everything one might need. Assigned parking space made parking quick and easy.
As mentioned in the description, the upstairs unit has a creaky floor. This wasn't much of a problem for me and wasn't a constant noise. Paint and blinds could use some attention.

Decent apartment for a night close to the airport. Could be improved taking care of some details.
Good location if you want to sleep close to the airport. Cozy small apartment with basic decor but a decent kitchen with all needed for a good meal. TVs in all the rooms, even though we didn't use them. Good wifi, and a provided parking spot.
The apartment is from a company that rents several of them in the same building, at least 5. So there are a lot of details left behind and it could be useful if some details were taken care of. For example, the fridge made a huge noise, so it was jarring when in the kitchen or living room. One of the night table lights didn't work. The shower didn't drain well and the water got accumulated quickly in the bathtub when using it. When we arrived, there was an extreme and overwhelming smell of some air freshener or cleaning product. It took us a couple of hours of ventilation with open windows to bring it down. We had no idea where it came from. The walls and ceilings are pretty thin, so we could hear all the steps from above in the morning. Not ideal if you want to sleep in or are thinking about resting in the morning. We arrived at night and the street level of the building from where you access was kind of dark, it could use more light so it doesn't feel sketchy. Also, we feel the $125 cleaning fee is outrageous, and probably just a marketing strategy to offer you this place at a very low price, or at least that's what you think when you select it. I would rather see the true price to begin with. But I have to say that even with this the price value is good for what you get. The communication with the host was okay at first, but he/she stopped replying at some point when we asked about parking. They were more preoccupied with how we would rate them and getting the 5 stars than really how we were doing at the place.

Decent, just get a proper housekeeper.
Accessible to the salt palace
Had several issues, but owner was quick to respond and fix. We had two main issues, first one is it is extremely hard to use the keypad to enter into the apartment. We would have to punch in the code multiple times to try to get into the door. The second and worst issue was Housekeeping. Dust bunnies and hair on the walls in the main bedroom, the second room had hairs on the blankets and in the sheets when I pulled the blanket back. the bathroom floor was disgusting covered in hair and dirt. The living area had not been vacuumed. play property was totally acceptable, but the lack of Housekeeping was a complete turn off.

We were supposed to stay 3 nights. We were so uncomfortable in this place that we left after one day
Beds and sofa very uncomfortable. Dead insects around the windows. Two of us hurt our heads badly on awkward TVs in the bedrooms. Broken chair. A painting fell on the floor during the night.
