About this house rental
*This listing is strictly for 16 guests and under during the day & night. Events may be bundled with overnight stays & booked separately through our event coordinator. No elevator in home, bedrooms are on second floor, there are 5 steps to enter first floor*. Magnificent Country Estate poised on an impeccable 25 acre setting with a balance of manicured gardens, lush lawns and lake. Unparalleled in architectural design, this French Chateau-style home offers every amenity one could desire and affords comfort for family gatherings or elegant soirées. Custom top to bottom with formal and informal spaces, professional kitchens both inside and out, media room, game room, 5 bedroom-6.5 baths, and bi-level pool with hot tub.
Other things to note:
We are family oriented and welcome all family members. Children must be supervised at all times, as it is not a child proof home. They are never permitted in or around the pools without an adult. No swimming in lake permitted. Only kayaking and canoeing.
Hot Tub Gas Heat is an additional $75, please let us know your plans for usage. Must be paid at or before check-in time. Please leave geese and wildlife alone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Vrbo home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and inviting. Every detail was thoughtfully provided — from comfortable beds with quality linens to a fully stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook meals together.The location was perfect — close enough to local attractions and restaurants, but tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the game room and pool area.Communication with the host was seamless; they were friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt at home from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in making their guests’ experience special.

We stayed here for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday murder mystery party and it was perfect! The home is incredible it made for the perfect setting for our game.

We spent 4 glorious family filled days at this magnificent estate. So relaxing and well taken care of to every detail. The owner and staff are the most humble and professional people you will ever meet. They are very in tune to the purpose of your stay. Packing up and leaving was very sad but we have so many new memories here and already planning our next stay. The pool and outdoor kitchen area are so well laid out as the rest of the property is as well. Pictures will never match the feeling you will experience from the time you enter the home. We can't thank the owner and staff enough for allowing us the time to unwind from our busy lives to spend time with our closest family and friends. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++++++Stay!
