The room was nice and spacious. The shower was very nice really good water pressure. We like the fact that the room had real coffee cups not the paper ones. The bed was very comfortable.
When we arrived it was extremely chaotic, there were kids running all around. One was riding a scooter in the Fremont lobby and almost hit us twice. Then he was riding outside in the parking lot around the cars. The trash can outside was so full it just looked messy and I have never been T a Hyatt house like this ever. When we went to go to the pool after a long day of hiking the kids and rafts were just wild. We had chose this hotel because of the heater pool, and planned to swim. We were unable to enjoy it. We were very disappointed. We mentioned to front desk about all the kids and no parents. We were told, “ they were sorry about it”. Nothing was done. The kids were running around in the hallway near our room, in the pool splashing, jumping in and so many pool floats no way was there room to take our evening swim, then the electric scooter being ridden through the main entrance, restaurant and parking lot. It felt out of control on 7/13/25. It was 7-730pm when we arrived. The breakfast was very picked over the eggs were cold we were disappointed with our stay in Vacaville. Not sure Hyatt house is our destination when we return on our next trip.
