Hotel was in a good area, easy to get to highway.
Hotel seemed run down. Elevator smelled bad, like someone's body odor. There was no water in the gym- water dispenser was empty. The pool area was decent but we had to go to the front to get pool towels. The room had a funky smell. Had to keep the windows open and air running. The pull out bed had no linens had to get those from the front also. Nobody even sleep on it because my 70 lb daughter said she could feel springs poking her. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9 am. But by 8:30 the food had run out on both days.

Beds where ok, pool was good
Our rooms door did not close completely and left a good size gab. Couch bed was horrible with springs coming up. Walls are absolutely paper thin and we could hear a normal conversation in the room next door.
Some of the staff were not very nice and kind of rude and the fact that every night we had to walk around to the front just to get in was absolutely ridiculous! We where traveling for a vendor show so but by the time we would get back, we would have to walk around from the back of the parking lot to the front and through the building to open the door to bring our kids and stuff in. All because they chose to lock the door and stop all cards from working and not tell anyone this was the case. We also understand system issues, but we had to have our key cards remade multiple times.
Another issue, was the unexpected unexplained 60% deposit hold that they charged. The only reason I found out why I had over a 200 additional charge on my card is because I went to find out why I had a pending charge that was why more than I was told/expected to be.
