Large family friendly space, perfect for chatting, relaxing, cooking and eating, and having fun for a multi generation family holiday.
The only 'downside' as such was how incredibly hot the mezzanine level bedroom was at night. This isn't a criticism of The Old Barn, as we were staying during a particularly hot spell, but perhaps a couple of large fans to dot around the place would be helpful.

The property exceeded expectations. Stunning view, good sized enclosed garden for our dog, beautiful living room, very comfy beds. Property manager was very responsive, friendly and helpful.
It's not that we didn't like it, but cooking with an Aga is a tiny bit trickier than with a 'normal' oven. We still managed to make pizzas one evening that turned out well.

Lovely quiet location, near town. Beautiful views. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Nice big open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, opening up to a large patio.
