Accomodation bright, clean, comfortable, well appointed.
Would have welcomed more info on access from car park on the booking details - we are 80 & 79 so have walking limitations. Suggest folder containing instructions on use of appliances eg unable to get TV working despite telephone contact with owner. Also some handrails to access shower (step too high without). Shower over bath no curtain and leak between shower head and water pipe. Would benefit from additional info re access to designated carpark space - we are not familiar with operating such. Nothing which can't easily be rectified.

Location in town centre. Free parking. Shower gel/hand-wash supplied. Tea/coffee supplies. Good hangers and space in main bedroom wardrobe, iron & board. Very clean.
Arriving in August, in high temperatures, the apartment was very hot and uncomfortably stuffy, there were no fans available (at least in the bedrooms to help circulate air to help sleep), questioned on arrival and was told people usually bring their own fans!? (Ha ha, are you serious? = Yes). Not stipulated in the apartment details. I requested some but no reply from the owner during our 3 night stay.
No window in main bedroom, only the door opening out into the main courtyard/walkway to all apartments so couldn't leave open at night (this is the back entry door to the apartment, through the bedroom).
Roller blind in kitchen broken (reported on arrival).
Shower head over the bath in the second bathroom was leaking the water, so no pressure to have a decent wash (seems to have been reported in a previous review but not fixed).
Back door had to be slammed closed to lock as not flush to the frame, annoying for the neighbours!
Metal bed frames noisey.
We used the apartment as a base, we did not cook or sit in the living room area.
*Apartment needs a few repairs and fans in the bedrooms.
