Beautiful family home that is Morden, cosy and comfortable. In a residential area but is very quiet.
The property is situated within walking distance of the historic town Witney which we enjoyed an evening walk.
All beds were super comfortable and decent showers for washing too.
The host was extremely helpful before arrival providing prompt replies and recommendations. No question was an issue.
Was central to all popular parts of the cotswolds accesible by car.
We would return to this property if we were to return to Oxfordshire.
Totally recommend this property to anyone her wants somewhere to relax.
Plenty of local restaurants and pubs to explore.

The property was clean, nicely decorated and dog friendly. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was in a quiet area with easy access to local amenities and places of interest. The owner provided a lovely welcome pack on arrival.
We stayed with our dogs and were asked for an additional £50 each dog for additional cleaning a week before the holiday which was not made clear at the time of booking. We paid with no fuss but after we checked out the cleaner complained we had not left the property in an acceptable state and there was dog hair making cleaning more difficult. No hoover or long handled brush had been provided.
The cleaner also said that we had left marks on towels and pillowcases and that these wouldn’t come out and would need to be replaced. I disputed this as they had only been used for their intended purpose and no evidence of such damage was provided. The owner said he was going to seek damages through booking.com. Although he was courteous in his communication and did eventually decide not to pursue the claim, the accusations caused us stress and put a dampener on our family holiday.
