Comfortable, cosy, well equipped and very well situated except for parking
State of the property: main door needs some attention. Even when locked it seems insecure. Wardrobe doors squeak but that's minor and anyway it's full of cleaning equipment with little room for clothes.
Cleaning: It isn't made clear until you get there that cleaning is an extra. If the previous person chose not to pay how do you know how clean it is on arrival? Surely it should be the proprietor's job to clean.
Parking: there's no free parking in St Valery. You are told there is free parking at the entrance to the town. In my case it wasn't. Coming from Le Treport it's past 3 turns to St Valery. You're told it's opposite Market - what Market?
It would be helpful to say
1. Except in July and August when the street is pedestrianised it is possible to stop for a limited time just to unload
2. The free parking 'is called the Parking du Canal
3.. It's off a big roundabout opposite Carrefour Market. That's not very obvious though GPS would find it
4.. It's 20/25 mins on foot to the accommodation

Literie qui "creuse". Manque une chaise dans la chambre
Porte d'entrée non sécurisée ( 1 clé remise sur 3 points de fermeture)
connexion wifi et réception internet mauvaise voir inexistante dans le logement.
Bruit de l'habitation au dessus et tôt le matin dans la rue
