Very friendly frontdesk people. Checkin was fast and smooth. Rooms very clean and good equiped. I think cleaness was on very high level. Breakfest very good, all fresh and well served.
Internet wifi signal not the best in room 20. This could be improved.

Warm welcome and helpful woman.
Very expensive for the value compared to other hotels in the area.
Was very surprised I had to pay extra for a balcony I already booked. I always filter on rooms with balcony. I got also the balcony icon. Later I read in the little letters in the detail that not all rooms had a balcony. So very misleading.
