Excellent apartment. Well equipped. Super clean and comfortable. Only a short walk over the bridge into the old town and good bus and tram links to the Guggenheim museum etc. Easy check in. Short bus ride from bus/train station.
First impression of the area itself was that it was quite rough, but it was not so bad on reflection. Felt secure in the flat. Front door combination handle didn't always work smoothly, but not so bad as to contact hosts.

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al Barrio Vejo.
La stuttura è accogliente e pulita anche se essenziale.
La struttura è essenziale e la dotazione è davvero minima (soprattutto per cucinare).
Il monolocale è un po' buio e umido poiché si affaccia unicamente su un cavedio e c'è poca luce naturale e aerazione.
Lo staff non ha mai risposto prima del nostro arrivo alle delucidazioni richieste.

1. Люди які будуть бронювати ці апартаменти повинні розуміти, що район жахливий! Якщо з апартаментів вийти, потрібно іти тільки вліво. Якщо повернути вправо ви потрапляєте в місцеве «гетто».
2. В кімнаті номер 7 не працює пральна машина.
