Good location.
Had room on the first floor. Which is great, but was next to the hotel alcove which at times was noisy.
Presented well, clean with nice size rooms and en-suite showers.
Room was clean.
Breakfast was average with nice selection and they considered those with intolerances as well.
Nice location with good bus links and a 5-10 walk on to Sliema harbour.
Nothing much really. Other than the room I was in you could hear the water running, and what sounded like water gushing every now and then in the “smoking area” (which my room sat above) not ideal as a non smoker, which you cousin smell when people where using the area Even with the window closed.

Good communication with the hotel. Our check-out was early in the morning, before breakfast, and they kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us.

The property is in a convenient location, and breakfast is really good.
My friends and I had several issues during our stay.
One of the rooms had a broken air-conditioning unit. We had to push the reception quite a bit to get a replacement room, although we are thankful that they eventually arranged one, as it would have been impossible to sleep otherwise.
The cleaning was quite superficial. It seemed that they mainly changed the sheets and replaced the towels. We found dirt on the floor and sand in the shower, which suggested that these areas had not been properly cleaned. On one occasion, the towels were removed without any replacements being left. Since the reception is only open in the morning, we had to contact the manager and eventually managed to get just one towel.
The limited reception hours are another significant issue. During our stay, we witnessed a couple arriving at the hotel on their first day only to discover that their room had been cancelled. They were unable to reach the contact number listed on Booking.com. Fortunately, we were there and were able to share the receptionist’s number with them, as we already had it from dealing with the air-conditioning issue. She later came to the hotel to assist them, although we do not know how the situation was eventually resolved.
There is no emergency contact number displayed outside the hotel or any clear way to get assistance when the reception is closed, which can be a serious problem if something goes wrong.
