Mooie ruime kamer.

The property is as exactly described, super friendly staff, really clean and comfortable bedroom and yummy breakfast. A particularly great part was one of the staff members Sandra who gave us some great recommendations. Aqualuna was also a great perk of the hotel.
The pool was quite small at the hotel but we already knew this before booking. I would also say it is a little walk away from everything but I actually didn’t mind this as it felt more rural.

The staff were genuinely very friendly, polite, and helpful.
The overall condition and equipment of the room were fine.
The staff’s attitude was definitely one of the positive aspects of my stay.
The breakfast very quite generous and tasty.
The room was advertised as having a city view and a sofa, but the room we received was essentially a bunker with no natural light.
The window was facing a wall approximately 1.5 metres away, meaning virtually no daylight entered the room.
The room looked completely different from the way the rooms are presented on the hotel’s website. The photos show large windows, natural light, a sofa, and a city view, which we did not get.
I found the hotel’s presentation on the website very misleading. The aquapark is prominently featured as one of the main images, even though it is approximately a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
Most importantly, there was a significant difference between what was advertised and what we actually received. If a room has a window facing a wall 1.5 metres away and provides virtually no natural light or view, I don’t think it should be marketed as a “city view” room.
In Scandinavia, I believe a room like this would more honestly be described as a “room without a view” or “room with a blocked window”.
