Situated in Alicante, this attractive condo for $236 per night is a great choice for your next trip. We are Joaquin and Marisa: Enjoy your holidays and feel as if You Were at home. I will pick you up from the airport to take you to the apartment for free. Lovely and new apartment 150 squared meters. Perfect place if you are looking for a center but quite location. Near Central Market, museums, best restaurants and shops. Next to public transport, 7 minutes walking from the beach. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom. We will give you any information you need at check-in time. I can help you in organizing activities such a winery tour, a visit to famous parks, shoes tour,... Just ask me for! House Rules: We wish you enjoy the apartment and take care of it. Pets and parties are not allowed. The peace and quiet of neigbours must be respected. Smoking is not allowed at the apartment. However, you can do it in the gallery. We request to responsible consumption of electricity and water. It will take you 30 minutes to reach the apartement from the airport, by taxi or bus; A bus public transport is available at the airport (3.85 euros): Go up to the second floor, take blue bus 6C line, and get off at the bus-stop called Mercado, in Alfonso X El Sabio Street, 75 meters far from the apartment,. I will be waiting for you at this bus stop. Trip. Accommodation: The apartment is in the heart of town, 50 mt far from the main streets Alfonso X and La Rambla, in a lively Neighbourhood. Modern, charming, with luxury items. Bedrooms are located in the back side of the apartment. There are no traffic and it is very quiet . The apartment is surrounded by Shops, central market, restaurants and entertaiment ..... everything is so close that you can walk everywhere with no need for a car. Trip. Services and common parts: The apartment is located in the second floor, with elevator. Full equipped and open-concept kitchen with all the household and small appliances (dishwasher machine). There is a water purification system, so you don't need to carry bottles of water. New memory foam matresses made of visco: You will sleep like never before !. Of course bed linen, towels, soap, champoo, iron and hairdryer are provided. A car park is available if needed. Trip. Attention : Negotiable check-in and check-out hour. We will be waiting for you at the apartment to give you keys and all information you need. We can be in touch by using WhatsApp. If you miss something, tell us. We will be delighted to improve the apartment. The neighborhood: Quiet and lively Neighbourhood, 50 mt from main streets. Close to the Central Market (beer or wine to enjoy open-air), and just 7minutes to the beach and harbour area. Nearby you can find the famous Santa Bárbara castle , a place to visit and perfect for jogging. If you prefer nightlife, you can find "El Barrio" 3 minutes by walking , full of pubs and restaurants. And, of course, one of the best icecreams you can taste in Spain. Getting around: Although the best way to get around is on foot Alicante, there is Also a cheap, comfortable bus service in the city. Besides, in front of the apartment there is a Tram station, Which will take you to The nearest beaches and cities, as San Juan, Campello, Benidorm, Denia, ...

From the moment Marisa collected us from the airport we were made feel so welcome. Beautiful apartment so close to all amenities. Apartment was so clean and spacious and was well stocked on supplies. . Beach only a short walk away and really nice. A real choice of bars and restaurants close by also. We just had the best time in alicante and would highly recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in Alicante at this property! It was our favorite property to visit and the hosts could not have been more gracious or more helpful!!! Highly recomend staying here! The beds are comfortable! And it has every amenity! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen too! It is near grocery store and several fruit & veggie shops. These hosts are truly amazing! You can see very clearly they take great care of the property and their guests!

The apartment was perfect. Perfect location to access bars, restaurants, supermarkets and short walk to the beach and harbour. Beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. Marisa was brilliant with communication beforehand and advising us when we arrived as well as arranging return transport back to the airport. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Thank you Marisa we can’t wait to return!!

“Wow, what a beautiful apartment! Safe to say one of the nicest apartments I have ever stayed in on my travels! So much space so you’re not all on top of each other, and a long hallway which would put any catwalk to shame!!!
So clean and well presented and our host to meet us was amazing! Had lists of places we should go, maps of Alicante and lots of recommendations of where to eat! Fab location as it’s a 10/20 min walk from anywhere you want to go! This apartment was one of my favourite things about Alicante ❤️❤️ would 100000% recommend! 👍👍

Marisa & Chimo have been wonderful hosts. My group and I loved the location, the accommodation and everything Alicante has to offer. Our hosts provided us with a complimentary transfer from the train station late at night and oriented us to their home and also Alicante. Lovely apartment! Great for groups with ample space for everyone plus a stocked kitchen and two dining areas. Would highly recommend. The hosts provide an excellent guidebook for the area with restaurants, tours and local tips. We had a wonderful getaway!

One of the best experiences we had so far!!! Our family of 4 traveled mid August from Canada to meet-up with our friends (4) from Romania. With 5 adults and 3 youngsters we needed a place that offers everything: space, location, ease of access, amenities, cleanness, responsive and helpful hosts, etc…
Marisa and Joaquin (the hosts) maintain a property that ticked all boxes, while as host they were outstanding and made us feel more like we visited family or close friends, rather than renting.
Starting with the moment of booking, Marisa has always provided us with timely and helpful insight, and always kept in touch. Joaquin, went to pick our friends from the airport and later brought our group from the train station. At check out time, he offered us a ride back to the train station and later did the same for our friends to the airport.
And how can you not feel welcomed when Joaquin’s smile, warmth, positivity and calm demeanor is always turned on. Besides giving us insight and showing us the apartment – gorgeous, btw, the hosts had everything documented just in case you need it for future reference. Needless to say, that all amenities are available, stocked kitchen and pretty much all that you need is available.
The lovely decorated, spacious, airy and well-appointed property, provided the intimacy needed with 4 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (get dibs on the master bedroom with its own immense on suite bathroom and waiting area).
Location- location-location!!! We couldn’t ask for a more convenient location: close to everything!!! If you’re like us and like fresh bread, pastries, fruits, produce, … you get from local small shops to Mercadona to Mercado Central 3 min walking time. Restaurants, shopping (we don’t do shipping centers so can’t tell) – minutes away at a leisure pace. Beach – 10 min max. We strongly recommend to take the 15 min tram ride (tram station is literally 2 min away from the apartment) and go to the San Juan Beach (we prefer station Carrabiners vs. Costa Blanca as it’s right on the beck walk and has more local restaurants across the street). The difference vs. the local beach (Postinguet) is quite startling.

Fantastisk lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed.
Helt igennem perfekt veludstyret lejlighed med perfekt indretning og en super beliggenhed, tæt på alt lige fra supermarkeder til restauranter og den skønne havnepromenade.
Udlejer ( Marisa ) tilbyder afhentning i lufthavnen, fantastisk service, hvilket gjorde at vi meget hurtig var indlogeret i lejligheden og klar til at komme ud i byen.
Marisa var under hele opholdet til rådighed med hjælp og svar på evt. spørgsmål, super god service.
Næste gang vores tur går til Alicante, er vi ikke i tvivl om hvilken lejlighed vi vælger, 5 store stjerner herfra.

Logement magnifique, spacieux et cozy. Il est très bien entretenu. Géographiquement très bien situé, tout est à proximité et peut se faire à pieds: courses, shopping, restaurants, plage, bars, etc.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et charmants. Ils nous ont bien reçu et donné toutes les informations nécessaires dès notre arrivée. Si nous retrournons à Alicante, ce sera chez eux.

Spacious well-located and equipped apartment
We (family of six persons) have enjoyed our stay in Alicante very much. A lot has to do with the well located spacious apartment of Marise and Joaquin. The are great hosts who offer you a ride from the airport to the apartment. And they tell you all you need to know about nice spots in the city.
The apartment itself all the comfort you need. It lies in the centre, 2 minutes walk to a big supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the beach.
If you want a great place to stay we would certainly recommend this apartment!

The hosts were very kind and accommodating, picking us up at the train station and providing details for ways to enjoy our stay. The apartment was an upscale gorgeous beautifully appointed apartment with everything that we could possibly need and a short walk down to the beach made it perfect
