The staff went out of their way to help us, they were so friendly and accommodating. I wish I could give a 5 star review for them alone.
The hotel is unfinished and whilst the room was aesthetically pleasing at a glance upon closer inspection it had been cheaply finished and there was exposed wiring/ leaking shower and missing outdoor patio furniture. Also the pool was closed despite the listing saying it should still be open which was very disappointing. Upon reflection it was too expensive for what it was.

Everything was perfect! From the room and the staff, especially the staff for making the stay feel so cosy! The food was exceptional! The idea of the set menu was totally worth the value for money! I especially want to highlight Pranvera who made our stay so memorable. She went above and beyond and we cant thank her enough

Stunning location. The hotel villa we stayed in was a very generous space. Tastefully designed. Stunning property in general and looks like an exciting development.
It’s still clearly very much under construction. No signs or lighting to find reception (we arrived in the dark). Our room in the villa had some exposed cables with electrical tape at the end of them… there was no heating in the room so it was really cold at night.

Views and place in the mountains is beautiful.
The website does not reflect what the place is really like. It has great potential but the place is still half building site with swimming pool toilets not completed, no proper restaurant or bar. The lights and electric in our room went off after 8pm which made it difficult to enjoy the room in the dark. The food in restaurant is only a set menu for £25 pp no other choice. I feel the place is not ready.
