Thé position and the cleanliness
It lacked some sharp cutting knives (they were blunt), a cutting board and a bread knife. Also only 2 wine glasses and could do with more crockery.

Arrived late 1am and they met me at my apartment helped with with our luggage and even went home and grabbed my kids some food because it was late and nothing in town was open. So kind!
