Our short stay was pleasant, quiet, and the rooms were super comfortable.

Wonderful to stay in a real neighborhood and feel a part of the nearby community; great to be close to the train and a park; Annie was so welcoming and helpful with everything! This is a good place if you want to enjoy Vancouver but be a little outside the more hectic city centre.

Peaceful

Annie was a great communicator and the place was cozy and peaceful as advertised. Neighbourhood was very calm and beautiful. Close to airport and downtown with car.

Nothing serious! Although we knew from the ad, the property still needs a sink sth like a kitchen sink for washing dishes. This is a suggestion only!

La ubicación es excelente, el lugar muy limpio y espacioso. Annie nos atendió muy bien desde principio a fin, tuvimos muy buena comunicación, es una excelente anfitriona.

Wonderful experience at a very cozy and homely place for a family.

Very cozy, homely and warm place nicely arranged with all amenities.

There was nothing that was unlikeable about the place. But would have been better if there was a facility to cook as well.

Great value for money

Place was spacious, cozy, ideal for our overnight trip to Vancouver. Also, there was loads of street parking and the neighborhood felt very safe.

Not a house, not a place for four people definitely not ‘Spacious’.

Location was acceptable. It was quiet. Fruit juice was a nice touch

The floors squeeked and creaked, and were filthy, no wonder they give you crocs to wear in house. The toilet tank dripped, and you could hear other bathrooms in house. There was no kitchen, only paper plates and cups. They left 6 coffee pods for four people for four days! There no teapot to brew tea, and the coffee maker was problematic. The ‘spacious bedroom’ had only 16 inches to get by the foot of it and a foot on the wall side to get out and around. The second ‘bedroom’ was just a bed in the corner of part of the main room. A cheap motel room on Kingsway would have been a better choice.

Very good

Close to rapid bus and SkyTrain and a.very restaurant. Clean and comfortable.

Plastic cutlery but understandable. Flat sheets instead of only thick duvets would have made for a better sleep.

Good

it was clean and bright. it was obvious Annie tried to make it comfortable. The area was quiet at night.

The kitchenette facilities were not what we were hoping for. The small appliances and fridge provided were good but a sink with water would have been nice and cooking utensils besides a knife would be useful for those of us who prepare some of our own food. We prefer dishes and cutlery that isn’t disposable but I understand that this would be difficult without a sink with running water.

Best stay in YVR

The rooms shown is actually what you get. Very clean and spacious. Also, very quiet in the evening which is what we need for a good night rest. Amenities provided like coffee, tea, some cookies and water. Toiletries like towel, body soap, and shampoo were also provided. Wifi and netflix was great.
