The Space:

This private 2-bedroom suite is designed for guests who value privacy, convenience, and a straightforward stay. The layout is comfortable and functional, making it a great fit for both short visits and longer stays.(Each bedroom is equipped with a floor fan)



Please note that the home includes a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen. Guests will have access to essential light-meal amenities, but there is no stove, so the space is best suited for simple meals, takeout, and day-to-day convenience.



The suite is fully self-contained with no shared indoor spaces, so guests can enjoy a quiet and independent stay. Whether you are visiting Vancouver for work, family, or a city getaway, this home offers a private and practical place to settle in.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the suite during their stay. A smart lock / self check-in can be provided for a smooth arrival. Street parking is available, subject to local signage and availability(make sure your vehicle is parked on the same side of the street as our house).

10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Please be respectful of the residents upstairs and neighbors.



GARBAGE & RECYCLING

Please dispose of trash in the kitchen bin.

If the kitchen bin is full: You may tie the garbage bag and put it in big garbage bins outside the house.



CLEANLINESS

Please treat the suite as you would your own home.

No need to deep clean, but excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

We want your stay to be smooth, comfortable, and stress-free while still giving you plenty of privacy.



This is a self check-in property, and detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you before arrival, including everything you need for an easy and convenient check-in experience. You’re welcome to arrive anytime after the designated check-in time.



While we do not meet guests in person, we are always available through the Airbnb app if you need any assistance during your stay. We do our best to respond promptly to questions, concerns, or unexpected issues.
