Exactly as advertised on the photographs, nicely furbished appartment that looked very new. Centrally located close to Barcelona Sants railway station. For those that are security conscious; safe building/environment and door with triple locking system. Kitchen well equiped for cooking during a short stay. Welcome bottle of water and coffee!
Internal walls and door were very thin (someone showering was very audible in the bedrooms). Also a (loud?) conversation from the neighboring appartment could be heard very well in our living room.

A nice sized apartment for 4 people. Apartment was decorated nicely and had comfy beds. Rooms were clean. Location was great. A convenient/small supermarket next door open till 11pm. A famous bakery across the road (365) serving coffee, bakery etc. A mall is roughly a mile away as well. A large park nearby but be aware if you have kids that people have their dogs running around and seem very reluctant to manage their dogs even with children around. We went to the park but ended up leaving as it was full of roaming dogs and then also had an area full of homeless peoplele which for some could feel uncomfortable walking through. They had a fountain show on which was a good watch (not the same as Dubai’s but still worth a watch).
Very little to dislike however I would suggest adding clothing hooks behind the bathroom door (where the shower is) as it was inconvenient when hanging clothes for a shower etc. there was a smell coming from the small toilet so I suspect blocked drains? Maybe have an automatic fragrance dispenser in there to ensure the smell is reduced

Great location,nice apartment, looks just like in the photos
We had a problem during our stay and the toilet flooded the bathroom and there was bad comunication from the team overall in that situation. They did exactly what they were supposed to do but thay didnt comunicate well with us

Very clean, spacious, good balcony, easy access system, concierge very polite and helpful, lockers to store luggage in.
The boiler kept dropping out after each shower so the water was cold. Not great as we had 5 people in the property. The hosts were responsive and sent people out to fix it, and one of the repair men showed us how to fix it when it dropped out, but it was still very annoying to have to reset the boiler after each shower. The oven and induction hob were also very difficult to use and kept turning themselves off.
