The hut was fab with lovely craftsmanship, very cosy and the shower was great. The whiskey was a nice touch and the secret bookshelf door. The location was good for loch ness, Drumnadrochit and Inverness. Our son loved the visitor centre. The location was peaceful and a wee dog was roaming round the hut one night. There is a horse in the field opposite which is nice to see outside your window. We were very happy staying here.
Confusing on booking com it says pets are welcome on request. I made a request and my booking was confirmed on booking.com. Interhome then separately sent me far too many emails asking me to check in constantly with details they already had from me on booking.com. we didn't see any staff while at the cottage which was fine with us but the welcome book said no dogs allowed which made us uneasy and feel unwelcome as the hut is in someones garden and we had already asked to bring our dog. The welcome booklet also said there was milk which there wasn't so we had to go back out to Drumnadrochit. There was hair and a toenail down the side of the big bed and the pillow case for the child's bed had a rip on it if you need to sort this for the next guests.

De locatie is prachtig, uitzicht mooi en de inrichting is erg gezellig. Alles was voldoende aanwezig en het bed is leuk gedaan met de gordijnen. De extra lampjes waren erg leuk. Douche en toilet was redelijk netjes. Veel te doen in de omgeving.
Het bed is slecht geventileerd, je ligt op een plank. De ventilator in de badkamer is erg vies en maakt een hoop lawaai. De houtkachel brand slecht door. Bij het aansteken kwam veel rook in de hut vrij ondanks dat alle kanalen open waren. Het is erg jammer dat je niet goed buiten kan zitten. Het bankje wat er staat is erg gammel. Je zit nergens droog buiten bij regen.
