The room and bathroom were excellent, clean, and well-maintained. The room was also very well equipped, and the welcome pack was a lovely and thoughtful touch from the host.
The location is very convenient, with the main attractions easily accessible. There is a bus stop directly in front of the accommodation, with good connections to the train station.
The host also recommended a restaurant on the same street, just a short walk away. The food was fantastic, and I would highly recommend giving it a try.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, large fridge. Staff left breakfast pastries and chocolates every day. Relatively easy walk in to the centre of Pisa. On the bus route for the city and the railway station. Good selection of restaurants within easy walking distance.
