We had a great time with our family. The condo is beautiful, and very welcoming. Our host Kenny was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend booking a stay at North Beach Plantation.

We enjoyed this property with our kids and grandkids. The condo is roomy and comfortable with a fabulous view of the coastline. Many pools to choose from - everyone had their favorite. Easy access to the beach. Great communication with the property manager.

This condo matched the description perfectly. It is beautiful!! It’s updated, everything is working order, and it has all you need for a beach vacation! Communication with Kenny with easy and prompt and he is a super nice guy who was very accommodating. Absolutely would stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend to family and friends!

We have been beach going for 30 years and we have never had an owner so detailed, prompt, courteous, and available as Kenny. The condo is modern, clean and was ready to go upon our arrival. The entire resort area is beautiful, clean, and well managed with courteous, professional staff. Our great granddaughters loved the pool area and will take away wonderful memories! We highly recommend contacting Kenny for this condo rental. Beautiful weather complimented an amazing vacation!

My family had a blast staying at this property. The condo was beautiful and we had fun swimming at the multiple pools on the property. The staff at the pool did a wonderful job keeping up with the crowds and making sure weren’t thirsty or hungry. The no contact check-in/out was seamless and the property manager did a fantastic job of communicating before, during and after our stay. We will be back next for sure!!

This condo was exceptional. Everything about it was lovely. And.....the facility itself was more than one needs. All the pools, hot tubs etc were more than enough. The entire complex was beautifully maintained. We had a wonderful week and truthfully it could not have been nicer. We are certainly looking forward to visiting here again.

We have stayed at North Beach several times and have always been very pleased. This was our first stay in this particular condo unit and loved everything about it! It was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The property manager (Mr. Reece) was extremely professional in handling all details from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

This is our 4th year staying at this resort and this unit is by far the best!! Furnishings were beautiful, not to mention the cleaniness of the entire unit. Beach chairs, umbrella,cleaning products, all provided. You tell me , how does it get any better than that? Ok...it does. Kenny Reese is awesome! Definitely would rent again and absolutely would recommend this unit to family and friends.

North Beach is by far the best property out there!! It is a great family place for young and older children. The condo is beautiful and clean. The extra touches were so convenient especially the beach chairs and umbrella set up by the lifeguard daily. The outside property is clean and well maintained. The pools were great, clean and fun. Kenny was a great host and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Thank you Kenny for making the process so simple & our stay so enjoyable. The little extras were appreciated & noticed as well- upon arrival we felt welcomed & on vacation. Our trip was rather last minute, a week was open and luckily we booked it. We had considered another location that was less expensive. I'm so happy we rented this unit. The view was wonderful, the pools great, and the chairs at the beach were maybe the most comfortable we've sat in. The property as a whole was wonderful and the condo we rented exceeded our expectations in every way. The decor, the size, cleanliness, the conveniences of the condo were just super....the only sad thing was we only booked for a week. It was just three people who stayed and that was too bad because with the three bedrooms and baths it could have easily housed a total of eight people. Kenny was great to work with and the directions explaining the process couldn't have been any clearer. He was right on top of the whole process. We parked in the first floor check in area, had assistance getting our gear up to the room by staff, and began our vacation. I'm sure we will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation; all 8 of us (counting my grandson who is 1)! The accommodations were superb and the rental arrangements went as smooth as silk; thanks to Kenny who made sure we were supplied with all the amenities/necessities needed for a week of fun/relaxation. The condo was gorgeous, all the pools and surrounding scenery were spectacular. We would definitely recommend this condo/resort; it was great and definitely hope to return in the near future. My wife and I had a wonderful spring vacation at this gorgeous beach property - made even more fun by some time with our young grandchildren! This condo is beautifully decorated, linens are extremely high quality, it offers many special amenities and is so comfortable yet elegant. It was extremely clean and welcoming. The ocean views are amazing and the large balcony is such a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The layout offers plenty of room and privacy for a family or a group of friends. The pools and lazy river were a huge hit with the children, and we all loved the wide beach and abundance of seashells. Everyone went out of their way to make this a memorable vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!
