Welcome to Colorado Springs! Colorado Springs is a small town where 30 mins driving can get you almost anywhere in the city. You want to visit Garden of Gods or the Olympic Center? It's only a drive away. This lovely new house is near the Airport and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's very open and spacious and has room for the entire group. With 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, and parking for at least 3 cars (with an included EV charger in the garage), everyone can find their own space comfortably. Do you have some extra time on your hands? The house has a hot tub that fits 6, a Foosball table, some board games located in the pantry, and each of the 3 TVs are equipped with a Roku so you can keep up to date on your favorite shows. Do you want to keep up with your health? There's a trail that follows the creek behind the house. Plus, the house has an exercise room equipped with a treadmill, a pull-up bar, and weights.

This was a great house and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen, dining and living space was amazing to just hang out. Beds were super comfy and lots of little extras! Like spices, toiletries and paper products!

Absolutely beautiful and elegant home. Attention to details. Everything we needed and wanted and more. Seamless interactions. It was truly like being at home. The only “negative” thing were extremely minor. Water/shower could have been hotter and upstairs fireplace
didn’t work (not a huge deal the downstairs fireplace was absolutely beautiful). Lastly, not sure if it was listed, but it would have been great to know that all bedrooms are located upstairs.
There were 4 adults 4 children and 1 infant. In our stay for the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was perfect for each of us. Very spacious for everyone to spread out and enjoy. All the amenities to cook Thanksgiving dinner were there. Neighborhood was quiet felt completely safe. Great Mountain View’s. Absolutely one of the best stays we have had thus far.

This property was great! It was really clean! The beds were great! All the extra amenities were a nice touch. (We appreciated the sparking cider!) Checking in and out was super easy. It is really close to the Colorado Springs airport. We would highly recommend it!

This was an absolutely gorgeous home! When we arrived it was sparkling clean, plenty of space and graciously stocked with various items! We were here visiting family and would absolutely stay again. The host was extremely prompt with answering any questions and was willing to accommodate an early check in at the very last minute! We can’t say enough good things! If you’re looking to stay in the Colorado Springs/ Fountain area this is where you will want to stay!

We had a great vacation!! This house worked well for our family (6 adults, 2 children). We loved the house and the location. Clean, well maintained and very accurately represented on VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nicely furnished & decorated! Though we only used it for sleeping as we’re gone sightseeing pretty much everyday till late in the evening we still enjoyed it. Thank you…

Oh Man, we had an event in the Colorado Springs area, and this house was with in 5 miles of where we needed to be, in the photos the House looked really Nice and in Person it was Twice that, We really loved the House and it made our stay so much more enjoyable than expected,

This property was nothing short of excellent. We were very comfortable as the place was clean, very cozy and just a beautiful home in general. The accomodations and details around the home shows that the host puts thought into her guests and want them to feel welcomed. Anyone staying here will be happy.
