Walk in through the front door and you enter a beautiful and spacious living and dining room. You can relax in the new electric reclining chair or enjoy an elegant dinner at the nice wooden dining table seated for six. Just to the left after walking in you can enter the den. The den has a glass table for four that can be used for extra dining space or can be used as an office. The den can also be closed off for privacy. Continue through the living room and you enter the open family room and newly renovated kitchen. The family room also includes an electric reclining cough and 65" Smart TV so you can relax and watch your favorite program while waiting for dinner. The kitchen is a cooks dream with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a kitchen island so there is plenty of room to prepare your favorite meals. In the morning you can make a fresh cup of Java with the Keurig machine and enjoy breakfast at the breakfast table seated for four. You will all sleep well as each bedroom has a new queen sized bed with memory foam mattresses. Each room has plenty of closet space and their own 50" Smart TV for those who like to watch a movie or good show before bedtime. For those who are fortunate to get the master bedroom you will enjoy a nice jacuzzi tub to relax in. The backyard is also a great space you will enjoy as there is a nice patio table to dine outside if you'd like or to just sit and hang out or swim in the pool with your family and friends as well as enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi. Down the hallways between the bedrooms you'll find two clean bathrooms, one full and one half along with a full laundry room. You will also enjoy an attached two car garage to park your vehicle and if needed there is an extra full size refrigerator. In the unlocked hallway cabinets you will find board games to enjoy.

This house is very nice, spacious with a good location, it has all the services that are needed to spend some very good days with the family. Good attention and availability on the part of the host, it is the same as seen in the images.

My family and I loved staying in this house while visiting family in Modesto! It’s more lovely than the pictures on the internet! The pool was a wonderful bonus too!!! Cid was a great host! We will be staying again!!! We have also suggested friends and family to rent as well!!!❤️

Upon our arrival the access to the home was easy and all information about the home was sent before. The home was extremely clean and warmly decorated, which helped us feel at home for the 8 days we stayed. In the kitchen there were snacks left to welcome us. The kitchen was super clean and the home had everything needed from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. All rooms were a good size and restrooms were very clean. Carpet in the rooms were very clean also. We had a wonderful time at the pool with our family and check out process was conveniently easy. Overall, our stay was super amazing, memorable and definitely would love to stay there again. Thank you Cid for the opportunity to enjoy every moment in our vacation with family.

We were in town for 9 days while my mom was having major surgery. Cid went above and beyond to help us during this difficult time. It was great being able to go back to the house and swim after spending all day at the hospital. Thank you so much Cid for all that you did for us.

Clean and comfortable place for our family to gather while attending our neice’s wedding. Comfortable beds and the pool and hot tub a bonus. The hosts were very helpful and responsive when needed.

The house and neighborhood were absolutely beautiful and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool and we didnt have to worry about anyone bothering our stuff and we enjoyed the fact that the neighbors watched out for each other, that reminded me of the neighborhood i grew up in. This definitely is a place worth staying in and is fitting for both family vacations or work retreats.
