Location was in the heart of Haro. Owner Pablo was very attentive, kind and shared all the tips about Haro and surrounding.

This was such an incredible stay. The sweet itself was breathtaking, it was so comfortable, clean, and ideally located. Pablo, the owner and our host, went absolutely above and beyond making incredible experiences open to us. He personally set us up tasting appointments on the day we arrived, sent us to his favorite restaurant which was incredible. Pablo personally paid for our parking and even paid a different parking ticket we mistakenly gotten. The suite is as beautiful, maybe even more beautiful in person. This is a place I would return and I will be forever blown away by the level of hospitality we were given. Also the breakfast was amazing and delivered to our room which was such an added bonus. Also the location was amazing. We could easily walk to tasting rooms and restaurants.

The state of the shower room. Drain completely blocked with hair shower flooded shower room after 1 minute in the shower. Black mound and yellow body fat visible along the right hand side. The toilet seat was badly fitting and the bottom outside of the toilet was filthy and the mounting broken. Potentially dangerous for a user.getting into the place was incredibly complex. Having to down load apps that didn’t work. Eventually the owner met us there to go through it. Not something we would want to be doing late at night. However Pablo came to help us.
