The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to main attractions/sights. Rossio train station and the bus stop for the airport bus (a further 5 minute walk) are in walking distance. I had a small balcony and a nice view. There was a supermarket across the road. The room and bathroom were a good size.
There was no reception physically on site (or that could be seen). There was an office, but the door was always closed. The hotel has no lift. There is help with luggage on arrival (after physical check in) but not when you depart. The stairs were narrow.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, was den Aufenthalt sehr praktisch macht. Besonders interessant fanden wir das nahegelegene Zentrum mit einer großen Auswahl an asiatischen Restaurants und Imbissen. Natürlich gibt es auch viele weitere Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgezeichnet, sodass man die Stadt bequem erkunden kann. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sogar zu Fuß erreichbar, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war.
Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Kleine Abzüge gibt es lediglich dafür, dass man über eine recht enge Treppe zum Zimmer gelangt, was mit größerem Gepäck etwas umständlich sein kann. Außerdem verfügt das Badezimmer über kein Fenster.

the location was great. service was good
the tv was too small, is better to do not have one. only fun, no ac, third floor by stairs. There were two curtains but no black out, doesn’t make any sense.

Local park/square has groups that gather esp in evenings - as a solo traveller, I was glad this was a secure building. View from room was decent. Convenient coffee shop next door.
Small room so table, for fan, had to be moved to other side of room for access to plug. This awkwardly put it at washroom/shower entrance.
