Hotel Mundial sits in the the City center allowing for greater exploration in all directions.
Only that the bathroom toilet room was slightly narrow.

While the location is central to interesting Lisbon sites, the neighbourhood is a bit seedy. The roof terrace is great !
Local surrounding do not feel particularly safe.
