Construction activities are in progress every day from 8am to 6pm. Kindly be aware that during this time, the surroundings may not be as tranquil as usual. Tree trimming will occur within the complex grounds from February 15th to March 8th, between 8 am and 4 pm every day. Strictly enforced. - THIS HOME IS NOT PET-FRIENDLY. The homeowner is severely allergic and cannot allow any pets. Pets are not allowed in rentals in this private community. - VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - Need a High Chair for your visit? Please let our team members know if you need a high chair. There is a $25 fee per stay for renting a high chair. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7 - The desktop computers are no longer in the home. - Cellular phone service is weak throughout the condo and the entire complex. Be sure to connect to the condo's WiFi. - Stairs are throughout the complex, leading to the front door, and inside of the unit. - Please consider the windows in the dining area if you have young children. The low windows do not open, however, there is a ledge to stand on to reach the regular height windows. Please refer to the photos of the dining room. - This condo does not have air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans throughout. - The upstairs office is used as a bedroom. There is a full size sofa bed to sleep 1 guest. - The unit below is undergoing a remodel. Construction activities are in progress every day from 8am to 6pm. Kindly be aware that during this time, the surroundings may not be as tranquil as usual. CANCELLATION POLICY - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. - Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). - Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
