Loved spending time with the family & our dog at this cute home. The welcome wine & flowers were a nice touch as was having space to accommodate us so comfortably. Definitely enjoyed the convenient access to the beach, restaurants & cute stores. The home is a little older and although the train runs nearby, the noise wasn't an issue. The host sent lots of useful information and tips for the area. Would definitely consider staying here the next time we are in sunny Solana Beach!

The bouquet of flowers and the picnic basket was a nice touch when we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable but bathrooms were a little tight for sharing with another person. The location and neighborhood was perfect. Overall we really enjoyed the home and would definitely rent there for future visits.

The host was very good with communication prior to and during the stay. The home is in a great location just a 10 min walk to the beach. There were some maintenance issues, i.e. electrical outlet that was not working (impacted the ability to work in the home), and wear and tear on dishwasher and refrigerator that need to be addressed. In the photos it shows the desk in a bedroom and that is not the case its in the main living space, which made it more challenging to work. Just food for thought for those that work remotely. I
