For open-plan living in a spacious, tastefully decorated property, you've come to the right place. Families and couples will love spending time together at Seven Spruce during a fun and tranquil Cannon Beach break. Living Spaces The bright and welcoming open-plan living room can be found on the second floor of the property. With its huge windows and vaulted ceiling, there's a great sense of space that perfectly mirrors the wilderness of the surrounding area. On sunny days, throw open the double doors and extend the living area onto the outdoor balcony. On cooler nights, light the gas fire and gather your group on the sumptuous couch and twin armchairs for a movie marathon on the flatscreen TV—popcorn is mandatory. Got caught short by a rainy day? No problem! Head to the bunk room, switch on the Xbox and work your way through the many games to crown your champion. An added benefit of Seven Spruce is that it has full laundry facilities. Thanks to this helpful feature you can pack light and avoid the headache of doing load after load once you're home from vacation. Kitchen & Dining Whether you're a culinary genius or a wizard with boxed mac and cheese, you'll love doing your thing in the fully equipped kitchen. The granite countertops provide plenty of prep space, and there are all the appliances you could need including a gas range. There's even a dishwasher to prevent arguments about whose turn it is to do the washing up. The contemporary wooden picnic style table seats six and is a comfy spot for your group to dine together. It's perfectly positioned right next to the kitchen, too, so you can keep the designated chef company while they whip up a feast. Bedrooms & Baths The primary guest room can be found on the second floor and has a sumptuous Queen size bed that you won't want to leave in the morning. The large window looks out onto the surrounding spruce trees that provide plenty of privacy, and the plush armchair is an idyllic spot to grab a moment of alone time (or to pile clothes on which is what we all really do with a bedroom armchair). The primary room also has an en suite with a large shower so you can skip the bathroom queues in the morning. A second bedroom on the main floor also features an ultra-comfy Queen size bed, bedside lamp, and views of the surrounding wilderness. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a single twin and is where kids (or kids at heart) will gravitate towards. These two rooms share a second full bathroom. There's also an additional half bathroom on the second floor for when nature call This two-story home is not wheelchair accessible. The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent. No smoking and no large gatherings or parties. Humans only: no pets allowed. The cottage is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide testers, and there is a fire extinguisher inside the property. The City of Cannon Beach has unique rental policies so we encourage guests to contact us with their desired dates before booking.

Close to everything, kitchen was clean and easy to find everything. Attention to detail's impressive, no expense spared in making home easy to enjoy. I will not be looking for any other home to stay in for future Cannon Beach trips.

We love the Oregon Coast and Cannon Beach, especially this time of year. The house was perfect for our family.Clean, quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees. The kitchen was outfitted perfectly for our needs and there were ample towels. We had requested a high chair and pack n play for my grandson and it was there upon our arrival. We enjoyed sitting outside to enjoy our coffee in the morning either on the shady front porch or the upper deck. The house is a 10 minute walk to Tolovana beach and Fresh Foods grocery store. Highly recommend this property for families or a group if someone doesn't mind sleeping in bunk beds. :-) Communication was excellent.

The house was great. It met all our needs from space to being stocked with the essentials. The backyard was a beautiful place to hangout. The walk to the Haystack is closer and faster than I thought. We would definitely rent again.

This was a perfect place for our girls, family trip!! Everything you need & more! Comfortable beds, good shower! Comfy family room to hang out and watch a movie or play games! Definitely want to come back here!!

My family stayed here for a winter holiday. The location is great, close enough to beach and shopping but still being secluded from all of the craziness. The home was new and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, everything that you would need to cook with. The outdoor space was nice too, have a fire and rinse off the sand from the beach as well. Absolutly would recommend!

We visit the Oregon coast every year, and suffice it to say during the covid episode we had our concerns. Not so much about the house, but the restrictions the couny city msy impose. Danna worked very diligently with us keeping us informed of all the mstters related to our concerns. The house is gem, well apportioned, great backyard, and far enough from the beach to escape the wind, but close enough to walk to. The house is also located beyond the tsunami zone. We recommend it wholeheartedly and would return any time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Seven Spruce so much that it won't be long before we come back again. The house is decorated beautifully and the split level made it nice for two couples to have their own private space. Everything was stocked and ready for us upon arrival. Even though there is no beach view, the drive to town and beach is within 2 mins. Great home!

Home was adorable. Was located on a street but is was quite during our stay. Would stay again at this home. It was so clean and cozy. Adorable fenced in yard and landscaping was immaculate. Such a welcoming feeling.
