Situated in Kailua, this charming campervan for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Island life the way it was meant to be enjoyed! Experience everything that Hawaii has to offer in Puddin’ - The 1985 VW Vanagon of Your Dreams! This completely mobile and fully outfitted vintage VW has everything you need to ensure an epic stay on Oahu… a car rental and hotel all in one! She includes automatic transmission, lots of storage, and power steering for easy driving. NOTE: This is a mobile VW Vanagon, and you will need to secure your own campsite. We will provide you with a list of other legal places to camp overnight once your reservation is made. We recommend making campground reservations as soon as possible. Puddin' (an homage to our southern roots and her sweet brown hue) has 2 full size beds and can sleep 2 comfortably with ample room to stretch out! She comes with bed sheets, a linen blanket and 2 pillows, an auxiliary battery to charge small electronic devices, bluetooth stereo, fan, kitchen supplies, camping stove, a cooler, beach and shower towels. Everything you could need for a relaxing camping experience. To help make your trip even more enjoyable (if that is possible) we have added a screen for the back hatch to help keep out bugs, privacy curtains, coffee percolator and mugs, 2 chairs to use at the beach or campground, a lantern, headlamps, a folding table, and paper towels. We will also throw in snorkel gear, body board, and skateboard to get the full taste of Hawaii. Please see the photos and list below for all included items. Just bring your clothes, sunscreen and food. If you have a need for other equipment, please let us know. Please drive safe and be respectful. What's included: -2 Beds (2 people max) -Bed Sheets, Linen Blanket, 2 Pillows -2 Beach Towels -2 Shower Towels -Cooler (Ice not included) -Dish Soap and New Sponge -Cutting Boards -Cutlery, Knives, Cooking Utensils, Can Opener, Wine/Bottle Opener -4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 cups -Coffee Percolator and 2 mugs -Camping stove -2 propane bottles -Foldable table -Pot and Pan Set -Paper Towels -Two Camping Chairs -Two Snorkel Sets (adjustable) -Bodyboard and Skateboard -Windshield Sun Visor -Portable Fan -USB and Outlet to Charge Your Devices with Auxiliary Power -USB Plug on Dashboard to Charge Device While Driving. Please note: *Remember, even though it’s a little fancier, you are still camping. *Puddin’ does not have AC but the windows and fresh Hawaiian breeze help. *She runs like a champ, but don’t forget she’s an old girl. She comes with all of the quirks of any vintage VW. *All drivers must be 25 yrs or older, a copy of your driver's license will be required. *Additional insurance is required. A link to purchase insurance will be given once you're booked. Proof of insurance will need to be presented before picking up the van. Insurance is around $22/day *Pick up is anytime after 2pm and drop off is anytime before 11am. Late drop offs are subject to an additional charge up to the rate of a one night rental. * The van is located in Kailua. You can take an Uber from the airport and it is a self check-in. *Airport pickup is possible for an additional fee upon request. Based on availability.
