Good apartment in Barcelona, great location if going to concert in Olimpic stadium.

Very clean and organized. Everything we needed for the stay.

Too flat pillows.

Noise, no human support, unqualified host.

All kitchen appliances are in place, including all needed for dish cleaning. Metro in 5min walk. House looks exactly as in the pictures.

Check in process was horrible- they have automated system attached to booking, but they might forget to learn it. If you subscribe to any software, it doesn't mean that it magically work. They send automated messages right after you book, which also contains links for payment, that booking blocks - the excuse that I got on the phone "its not our fault, its bookin's". Let me say it - it IS you fault, bookings system was there long before poorly designed service that you subscribed, it was YOUR responsibility to do testing before integrating it into your system. The same problem happened when we was standing right next to the entrance door, tiered, exhausted and with no one to meet us. Again, they send a door opening instructions, indicating that we can enter both with manual code or "magic link", which was again blocked, and then, only after calling them, we find out that no, manual code is only for house door, not building entrance. - NOISE- they are neighbours that was making very loud noise from 9am to midnight. And its neighbours, that would always be there, its not hotel guests that you will not meet. The worst, after such a poor service support on before amd on check in, contacting the host on this issue was the last thing that I wanted, as I already saw how poorly they are handling things. So yeah, if you value quality service, good check in/check out experience, wouldn't recommend this place.

L'espace dans l'appartement, le système sans clés pour les portes ça c'est le top. Lit confortable, la clim et les ventilateurs

Peu de vaisselle, pas de pression d'eau dans la douche, une vrais cafetière à dosette et une bouteille d'eau et surtout des rideaux pour cacher le jour car c'est vraiment pas top
