Location was good and staff friendly.
The room was quite small and had very little natural light. The wall-mounted hairdryer in the bathroom was old and ineffective. Couldn’t find an iron in the room but I’m sure I could have called reception to have one delivered.

There was a door alarm right outside my room that went off for over 24 hours. It cost me a night of sleep and was very irritating. I talked to staff 3 different times who said they’d fix it, and didn’t. They were supposed to email me about how to get a partial refund but I am still waiting on that as well.
